Getting to Naxos by air:

From Athens: After flying into Athens International Airport Eleftherios Venizelos, you can catch a flight directly to Naxos with either Aegean Airlines-Olympic Air (www.aegeanair.com ) or with Sky Express airlines (www.skyexpress.gr ). Apollon Airport is national and 6 flights per day, 30 min long, land on it from Athens; it is 3.3 km away from the Congress Venue by taxi.  You may also fly out of the international airport of Thessaloniki, in case that your city is better connected with this city and then on to Naxos.

From elsewhere: Alternatively, you can use the national airport at the nearby island of Paros, or the international airports of Santorini, Mykonos, or Crete islands, as they are directly connected with many major European cities (plus Dubai and Doha);

-for Mykonos see: Mykonos airport (33 destinations)

-for Santorini (Thira) see: Santorini airport  (48 destinations)

-for Crete see: Heraklion airport (82 destinations).

From these airports, connection to Naxos is then by sea, via frequent service by ferry or catamaran, see https://www.bluestarferries.com/en-gb.
